  1. (Britain, law enforcement) A stolen car, van, lorry or other motor vehicle.
    • I think it is because if a garage get a stovec and no one claims it, they dont[sic] get paid, not only that, they have to pay AADL too.
    • If there's a car on your drive when you get home, and you can't get onto the drive yourself, there's no obstruction as such.
