Right now in my life I spend much time dreaming over my visions of faith. I know this works. I would be a fool to ignore it. Remember, one of the mightiest keys in the Kingdom of Heaven is faith. Vision is a major part of faith, for we walk by faith and not by sight. Faith is directly contrasted to natural eye sight.

Therefore it is imperative that we understand the ways of faith. Because these keys are the ways of God the natural man cannot receive them. They are spiritually understood. They are foolishness to the natural man. When a gift of the Spirit operates. Then we are able to impart that gift to others and teach them how to function in it also.

A leader always has one major message, and this weaves into everything he or she does. It remains the primary focus. A leader is to some degree a prophet, a person with a message. Great leader [sic] see things that others don't. They preach it until others can see it as well. Their message supports the mission. A leader is a preacher, a person who communicates the fire of the mission. Not all preachers are leaders, but all great leaders will be preachers of one sort or another.

A vision is something worth living for, and it is something worth dying for. In fact, if it is not worth dying for, it is not worth living for. Brave, godly martyrs throughout history have proven time and again that what we as Christians live for is worth dying for.

Faith is a creative force. When we operate by faith, we employ the creative power of God.

Faith is a spirit. It is an attitude. It is confidence in the heart.

Faith is the collateral of heaven. It is what you use to trade with in heaven.

For the provision of God constantly to be at work in our lives we must activate the laws of God.

Goal setting is another integral part of achieving any dream. It is what takes a supernatural vision into the material realm where we can see it being accomplished.

Good leaders hold positive, views of the future. We believe God fulfills our dreams, and our dreams are enlarged. Our desires exceed what we currently have and where we currently are.

I know that there are some people who are perpetually negative. I sincerely believe that if you want to fly with the eagles you cannot afford to walk with the turkeys. I will walk away from those people when they start to attack the vision.

If a man knows what he wants, then he is in a position to decide that he will get it. This is faith. The determined decision of a man with desire.

Image promises much but produces litte. Integrity, however, never disappoints. For me, integrity means living it myself before leading others to live it.

It is said if an organization listens to the complaint of a customer and the problem is fixed, the customer remains a loyal customer and tells approximately seven others about the experience. The main point here is that we are to desire something before faith can come into play. Our desires are of value to God. It's His will to fulfill our dreams. When we are delighting in the Lord, our dreams and desires are formed in His Spirit, timing and purpose.

The promises of God become the power of God when they are believed and acted upon.

Visions possess greater significance than just entertainment! Visions have power.

What we preach is what we get. We are farmers sowing seed. If we are unhappy with the harvest we're reaping, we should sow different seed. If we want different results, we preach different messages.

When we have no room for the Word of God in our lives we have no room for success.

When we withhold the tithe we bring upon ourselves a curse.

Whoever buys into the vision God has for the congregation develops an affinity for all that is going on.

Leaders are creators. They bring their visions to fruitition through the creative process.
