The Princess Quotes:

  • The Thief of Bagdad: I am not a prince. I am less than the slave who serves you-a wretched outcast-a thief. What I wanted, I took. I wanted you-I tried to take you-But when I held you in my arms-the very world did change. The evil within me died. I can bear a thousand tortures, endure a thousand deaths-but not thy tears.

Guard: This Arab Prince is but a thief. Seek him out!

The Princess: Quick! Hide thyself. If thou art found with me, they will be merciless. I love you.

  • The Princess: Oh, Aladdin, my love. Where are you?

The Wizard: Get out of my way. Well, princess. I was hoping I would have a privilege of hearing you, except my proposal of marriage. After all, your husband is dead.

    The Princess: Aladdin's what?

The Wizard: Yes. A few moments ago, he fell out of the sky in the middle of this desert. Isn't that a pity?

The Princess: Oh, you're lying to me. I know Aladdin isn't dead.

The Wizard: No. Why would I lie about such a tragic thing is that? Aladdin is dead and gone... You're going to have to learn to live without him. Now then, Where do we getting married?

    The Princess: Never.

[she walks away from the Wizard]

  • [last lines, after the Wizard's castle was sunked]

Aladdin: [to Badral] I guess we should go back... They'll be expecting us.

    The Princess: Mm-hmm.

  • The Wizard: Good evening, Princess. Please, step right on.

    The Princess: Thank you.

  • Boyet: If my observation, which very seldom lies by the heart's still rhetoric disclosed with eyes, deceived me not now, Navarre is infected.

    The Princess: With what?

Boyet: With that which we lovers entitle affected.

    The Princess: Your reason?

Boyet: His face's own margin did quote such amazes that all eyes saw his eyes enchanted with gazes. I'll give you Aquitaine, and all that is his, an you give him for my sake but one loving kiss.

The Princess: Come, to our pavilion. Boyet is disposed.

Boyet: But to speak that in words which his eyes hath disclosed. I only have made a mouth of his eye by adding a tongue which I know will not lie.

Rosaline: Thou art an old love-monger, and speakest skilfully.

Boyet: Do you hear, my mad wenches?

    Maria: No.

Boyet: What then, do you see?

Maria: Ay,^Ã…our way to be gone.

Boyet: You are too hard for me.
