[Dumbo's ears are revealed, and the other elephants gasp]

Elephant Matriarch: Is it possible?

Giddy: Isn't there some mistake?

Fidgity Elephant: Those what? Oh, ears!

[Takes one of Dumbo's ears]

[laughs]
