Olaf Quotes:

  • Olaf: Yes! Crush queen Alice and all her kingdom. Let us join forces with Norway and Sweden, and with Iceland! Let us amass our powers and crush these brittish under the stones of their own fortresses! The vikings will dominate the North Sea.

Garian: We are with you, Olaf. You can count on our alligence.

Grand Cheif of Iceland: Iceland will follow you!

One-Eyed Cheif: They owe me one eye! I will gladly join with you!

Garian: Now hear me, Olaf. There is one thing we need, Olaf. We want you to for out leader! You, Olaf!

Olaf: I thank you, Garian. I thank you all. You have proven your faith in me, and that is the greatest price a warrior can win. But I am to old. To tierd. Alas, but it just wouldn't work. The soldiers will decide this by putting it to a vote! Each tribal cheif will choose between them!

  • Kristoff: Your hair it's turning white.

    Anna: Does it look bad?

    [beat]

    Kristoff: No.

    Olaf: You hesitated.

  • Anna: Olaf! You're melting!

Olaf: Some people are worth melting for.

[begins to melt, grabs his face to stay up]

Olaf: Just maybe not right this second.

  • Anna: I'm Anna.

Olaf: And who's the funky looking donkey over there?

    Anna: That's Sven.

Olaf: Uh-huh, and who's the reindeer?

    Anna: Sven.

Olaf: Oh they're bo - oh! Okay. Makes things easier for me.

  • Olaf: [singing] Winter's a good time to stay in and cuddle / But put me in summer and I'll be a...

[pauses in front of a puddle]

    Olaf: ... happy snowman!

  • Olaf: [after getting pierced by an icicle] Oh, look at that. I've been impaled.

  • Olaf: Oh, I love it. It's so cute. It like a little baby unicorn.

[touches his new carrot nose excitedly]

  • Kristoff: Hey guys!

    Anna: They're rocks.

Kristoff: [off in the distance] You are a sight for sore eyes.

    Olaf: [whispering] He's crazy!

Kristoff: Hey, whoa, I don't even recognize you. You've lost so much weight.

Olaf: [whispering to Anna] I'll distract them while you run.

    [loud, slow voice]

Olaf: Hi, Sven's family! It's nice to meet you!

    [whispering]

Olaf: Because I love you, Anna, I insist you run.

    [loud, slow voice]

Olaf: I understand you're love experts. Ooh!

    [whispering]

    Olaf: Why aren't you running?

  • Anna: Are you all right?

Kristoff: Yeah. I have a thick skull.

Olaf: I don't have a skull. Or bones.

  • Anna: Olaf, did Elsa build you?

    Olaf: Yeah. Why?

Anna: Do you know where she is?

    Kristoff: [examining Olaf's arm] Fascinating.

    Olaf: Yeah. Why?

Anna: Do you think you could show us the way?

    Olaf: Yeah. Why?

Kristoff: [still examining Olaf's arm] How does this work?

    [gets slapped by Olaf's arm]

    Kristoff: Ow!

Olaf: [talking to Kristoff while putting his arm back on] Stop it Sven. Try and focus here.

    [back to Anna]

    Olaf: Yeah. Why?

Kristoff: I'll tell you why, we need Elsa to bring back summer.

    Olaf: Summer?

    Anna: Mmm-hmm.

Olaf: Oh, I don't know why, but I've always loved the idea of summer, and sun, and all things hot.

Kristoff: Really? I'm guessing you don't have much experience with heat.

    Olaf: Nope!

  • Olaf: You guys go and I'll distract him.

[Kristoff and Anna leave, as do Olaf's feet and torso]

Olaf: No, no! Not you guys!

[Olaf's head falls to the ground]

Olaf: This just got a lot more complicated.

  • [Olaf finds Anna slowly freezing to death. He quickly builds a fire to keep her warm]

Anna: [concerned for Olaf] Olaf, get away from there!

Olaf: [mesmerized] Whoa, so this is heat. I love it.

    [His hand catches fire]

Olaf: Ow, but don't touch it.

  • [repeated lines]

Olaf: Hi, everyone. I'm Olaf and I like warm hugs!

  • Olaf: I can't feel my legs!

    Kristoff: Those are my legs.

Olaf: [as his lower body runs by] Ooh, do me a favor and grab my butt.

[Kristoff grabs Olaf's lower body and puts the rest of him on top]

    Olaf: Ah, that feels better.

  • Olaf: All right! Let's go kiss Hans! Who is this Hans?

  • Anna: Kristoff loves me?

Olaf: Whoa, you really don't know anything about love, do you?

  • Olaf: Hands down, this is the best day of my life.

    [Starts melting]

Olaf: And quite possibly the last.

  • Olaf: [His head is upside down] What am I looking at here? Why are you hanging from the earth by your feet like bats?

  • [last lines]

Anna: I like the open gates.

Elsa: We are never closing them again.

[uses her magic to give Anna a pair of skates]

Anna: Oh, Elsa, they're beautiful, but you know I don't skate.

Elsa: [pulling her] Come on! You can do it!

Kristoff: Look out. Reindeer coming through.

Anna: I got it, I got it. I don't got it, I don't got it.

    Olaf: Hey, guys!

    Elsa: That's it, Olaf.

Olaf: Glide and pivot. And glide and pivot.

    Elsa: Go!

[laughs, pan out with triumphant instrumental reprise of "Do You Want to Build a Snowman?"]

  • Olaf: I guess I was wrong. I guess Kristoff doesn't love you enough to leave you behind.

  • Anna: I never knew winter could be so beautiful.

Olaf: Yeah, it really is beautiful, isn't it? But it's so white. Y'know, how about a little color? I'm thinking maybe some crimson, chartreuse. How about yellow? No, not yellow. Yellow and snow?

    [shudders]

Olaf: No go. Am I right?

  • Olaf: [Olaf grunts as he struggles to get Anna next to the fireplace] So, where's Hans? What happened to your kiss?

Anna: I was wrong about him... it wasn't... true love.

Olaf: But we ran all the way here.

Anna: Please Olaf, you can't stay here; you'll melt.

Olaf: I am not leaving here until we find some other act of true love to save you! Do you happen to have any ideas?

Anna: I don't even know what love is.

Olaf: That's okay, I do. Love... is... putting someone else's needs before yours; like, you know, how Kristoff brought you back here to Hans and left you forever.

    Anna: Kristoff... loves me?

Olaf: Wow, you really don't know anything about love, do you?

    Anna: Olaf, you're melting!

Olaf: Some people are worth melting for...

Anna: [the right side of Olaf's face starts to melt; he pushes it back into place with his twig arms] Just maybe not right this second.

  • Olaf: Hey, Anna! Sven! Where'd you guys go? We totally lost Marshmallow back there!

[Marshmallow, a giant snow monster, approaches fast from behind, roaring]

Olaf: Hey, we were just talking about you! All good things, all good things.

  • Olaf: [Abba was posing as a man to get onboard the viking longboat, but the vikings discovered her true identity. She has just made a lengthy speech to the all male crew about how women should have all the rights of men] Who is this new guy?

Timandahaf: That's my daughter, cod brain!

    Olaf: Your daughter's a man?

  • Olaf: Cool story, Hansel.

    Hansel: Thanks, Olaf.

  • Jane: What did you say your name was?

    Olaf: Olaf. I'm Swedish.

Jane: Oh, come on. Are you really Swedish?

Olaf: No, not quite. My father's Finnish, and my mother's Russian.

    Jane: I could tell...
