It is not that it is religious or it is not religious, it is called attitude of gratitude, it is called thanking God for giving you elbows and knees, giving you ribs and the glandular system, giving you head and skull and brain.

Physical love must end up as a creative love. And creative love must end up as a divine love. And divine love must end up as a unison love. And unison love must become God Itself. These are the known stages of love.

One sacrifice has to be made: never use harsh or rude language. Foul language you can use; foul language doesn't hurt. Foul language is forgivable (though it is bad). But rude language cannot be forgiven.

Today in the west we are asking the question, why is man unhappy? Answer is very simple. Be aware that the breath is the divine charge and it is a gift of the God.

3HO is a family of healthy, happy, and holy people. Do you understand the word "family"? If, under all longitudes and latitudes, we keep our nucleus together, that is a family.

When you are calm, quiet and sensitive then you can expand. But when you are irritated, phobic, fearful, insensitive, and neurotic, you can't achieve anything.

Love without trust is a river without water.

Love without trust does not exist. Love is a strength of trust. Trust is the test of love. When you love, you trust each other. When you don't, you don't. Don't camouflage the word "love" and not trust each other.

Your value is nothing if you cannot honor your word. If you do not mean what you say, you are the most mean person on the Earth.

Whether you are a medical doctor or a chiropractor or another type of healer, life has a challenge that you have to be egoless. You have to just become, without self, a healer at that moment, for that purpose.

If you can do any favor for yourself, if you want to understand yourself, if you really want to build anything for yourself, try to make a plan to have a cozy home and a cozy partner. When even God may leave you, your partner should not-that kind of partner; a partner who does not know how to part. If your partner knows that he can part, he does not yet have the power to unite.

If you can rhythmically slow down your breath to four breaths a minute, you can indirectly control your mind and slow it down from its obnoxious behavior.

If you cannot bless yourself, then nobody can bless you.

If you cannot put the ego on the side you cannot succeed in love, period. Therefore love must defeat it.

If you can't see God in All, you can't see God at all.

If you do not love yourself to the depth of totality, you will never love love as a reality.

If you feel just one thing in your life-that life is nothing but the gift of God-you are divine and the most courageous person. Try it! Try it as a thought. The moment you feel that life is a gift, you'll become prosperous.

If you give your Self a chance, your Self will give you all the chances.

If you give your word, let the entire Universe fall before you, but let your word stand.

If you just feel happy for what you have, have an attitude of gratitude, and be grateful, then it will come true, you will be great and you will be full.

If you make your body very strong, really strong, it can fight off anything.

If you only know one kriya, then share that. Just be humble, teach it. Every student is a teacher.

If you want to learn a thing, read that. If you want to know a thing, write that; if you want to master a thing, teach that.
