If you don't have the confidence in yourself and you don't have the desire to compete and move ahead, than you start to get stagnant....If I fall a little bit short, then I'm still farther than if I hadn't reached at all.

My coaching philosophy? Determine your players talents and give them every weapon to get the most from those talents.
